Recipe: 4 cups cooked rotini noodles 2 tbsp olive olive 1 med onion diced 4 carrots diced 4 celery diced 1 cup try colored capsicums 1 can pineapple chunks or tidbit (optional) 1 cup ketchup 1 cup sweet and sour sauce soy sauce to taste 2 1/2 cups jumbo shrimp tail off and devained Method: Marinate the shrimp with the soy sauce and set aside. Heat your olive oil and add the onions, carrots, celery, and capsicums till you reach desired crunchiness followed by the pineapple,soy sauce, ketchup, and sweet and sour sauce mix thoroughly and put in the shrimps and pasta, once the dish is nice and hot transfer to a big serving bowl and enjoy!!
